The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

Hahahah i'm sorry, i love you guys. XD But seriously these messages were there since the beginning of March. lol But now that i'm on summer break, i feel like i should start fresh and new. I briefly looked over all the messages of course, and I read all the comments and replies I got.
It's been a while since i've spoken on DA so I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the comments and favs. ;v; And to all my new watchers, hello! I hope you all enjoy my art for what it's worth hahaha XD I love you all, but DA also makes me very intimidated and well... lonely, so i'll be here on and off, submitting stuff i guess and replying to messages.

In any case, summer means con season! And this summer, i'm going to be at two cons: Fanime and Anime Expo, and i'll be tabling for both.

This also means i'll super busy making... stuff. But the good thing is i'll be making stuff i've been wanting to make for months! ~~cuz you know... all those school projects and commissions... it's been a stressful semester...~~ Plenty of fanart are going to be coming! Ahhh i'm so excited to get to work! Expect some Panty and Stocking, Tales of series, and Ao no Exorcist stuff some time soon~
