A fullbody cel-shade commission for 
of her Hetalia OC Laos and my Hetalia OC North Korea (Hyung).
In my brain: hanging out = eating junk food together =v=
The background was a pain, mostly because i didn't know how i should have done it. I was going for simple little snap shots of what their surroundings could be. Sucks when things don't turn out the way you want. ;-; But I hope you like it!
