This was actually done last May-ish or June-ish.
Last year, in my animation class, my teacher asked me to enter the animation contest called the OC Animation Project, or something like that. So i made a character design sheet for the character development category.
I actually don't know if i won anything. I highly doubt it. =/
My REAAALLLY old watchers could probably recognize Rehmir from a long time ago. =3 But i designed a new outfit for him earlier this year.
But yeah, maybe i'll explain his character again later, if i ever submit more pictures of him. For now, interpret his character however you want. ^^
